WHAT IS LAGREE?
Lagree is a high-intensity, low impact fitness method developed by Sebastien Lagree.
Lagree Fitness is designed to target the slow-twitch muscle fibers through slow controlled movements where the muscles are under constant tension. Each 45-minute class on the Megaformer offers the exercises necessary to strengthen both the muscular and cardiovascular system at the same time.
Lagree can be performed by anyone! It’s never too late to start now. I hope to see you in class!
